We’re hiring! True is looking for an Account Service Coordinator to join our team. Account Service Coordinators provide administrative and client service support to True’s account managers and internal team.
They assist in the day-to-day administration of marketing, public relations and advertising initiatives to attract potential customers and retain existing ones for True’s clients. This includes maintaining a high level of awareness with client activities, detail-oriented program and project management and professional communication with key client contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily, proactive communications with clients to provide support and project updates
- Addressing client questions and solving issues as they arise, pulling in the appropriate internal team members
- Developing and maintaining a working-level understanding of assigned clients’ industries, company cultures, brands / products and strategic plan / scope of work
- Participation and support in internal and client meetings including preparing agendas, presentations, or other supporting materials, actively listening and note-taking during discussions
- Supporting account managers with assembling proposals, recommendations, reports or other materials to send to new and prospective clients
- Assisting account managers with client onboarding, project setup and day-to-day project management
- Creating work schedules and project plans to meet deadlines
- Maintaining internal systems and ensuring agency processes are adhered to throughout a project’s lifecycle
- Communicating regularly with the internal team to keep everyone aligned on project status, deadlines and upcoming deliverables
- Additional responsibilities may be added based on experience and aptitude

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field
- One year of experience in the field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Salary for position: $43,000 - $48,000
