True Digital Communications is looking for a full-time Content Marketing Associate to support clients and Team in the planning, delivery, monitoring and optimization of content marketing programs. In our fast-paced environment, Content Marketing Associates are responsible for working cross-functionally within the Team to 1) create content that is tailored to our clients’ target audiences, 2) share content on the channels where their audiences are present and 3) measure the results of that content in light of our clients’ business goals! In this position you will develop and evaluate content marketing campaigns across a variety of digital marketing platforms, including websites, blogs, email / newsletters and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation of content that is consistent with our clients’ brand voice, style and tone to reach their desired audiences; content includes but is not limited to web pages, blogs, emails, newsletters, social posts, ad copy and other materials necessary to execute established content marketing strategies
- Assistance with planning and development of content calendars for clients
- Research to understand clients’ industry and target audience(s)
- Collaboration with team members to brainstorm and contribute new ideas for content that aligns with clients’ digital strategy
- Providing insight in preparation for client meetings and strategy sessions
- Evaluating engagement with and effectiveness of content, social media and other digital marketing channels
- Supporting marketing automation efforts through content development
- Creation of content to support True’s agency marketing efforts (blogs, social posts, email newsletters, creative)
- Additional responsibilities may be added based on the experience and skillset of the employee in this position

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, advertising, marketing, communications (or a related field)
- Qualified candidates will generally have 1-2 years of hands-on experience
- Demonstrated writing, editing, proofreading and research skills
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms including Wordpress, GoogleAnalytics, SEM Rush, Planable (or other social scheduling tools) and top social channels
- Experience with writing press releases and managing media relations is preferred but not required
- Basic graphic design skills preferred
- Basic knowledge of marketing automation is preferred
