True's own Leah Mussay, a Hudson native, was recently named Treasurer of the Group board of The Worldcom Public Relations Group, a collective of 85 international public relations agency partners. Leah, a CPA, is the Chief Operating Officer of True Digital Communications, a digital marketing agency based in Bedford Heights.
Prior to her nomination to the Group board, Leah served as Treasurer for the Americas' Region board.
As Treasurer of Worldcom’s Group board, Mussay’s primary responsibility will be to provide financial oversight and guidance for the Worldcom organization and its partners. She will work closely with the finance committee, board members and chairs, and Worldcom Director Todd Lynch to budget, plan and manage finances for the organization, ensuring partner funds are used prudently on activities that drive value for the partners and the greater organization.
Leah’s experience as Treasurer will also allow her to gain valuable insights, knowledge, and credibility to the benefit of True Digital Communications and its clients.
“True is a proud member of Worldcom, and our agency would not be where it is today without the support and partnership of the Worldcom organization,” Leah shares with excitement.
“The networking, knowledge sharing, and strength of the partnership is invaluable. It is an honor to sit on the board and to serve the Worldcom organization in this capacity — to work alongside and learn from our amazing partners from agencies spanning the globe, who bring such vast knowledge and experience from their own companies and the work they do with their clients.”
