Account Service Specialist

We’re hiring! True Digital Communications is looking for a full-time Account Service Specialist to serve as a conduit between the True team and our clients. Account Service Specialists play a key role in fostering positive experiences for our clients through active listening, creative problem-solving, detailed project management, effective communications and a focus on driving results and helping our clients achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate strategic discussions and planning efforts across internal and external teams, aimed at understanding our clients’ business goals and challenges so that we may propose smart, creative solutions to help them achieve their goals
  • Foster client relationships on assigned accounts through regular, proactive communications and identification of new opportunities that add value for our clients
  • Display solid understanding of each client’s industry, brand, target markets, marketing goals and challenges
  • Ongoing project and budget management on assigned client accounts; includes establishing clear objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines and status updates for client retainers and projects
  • Understand and articulate True’s capabilities and service offerings; identify and propose smart solutions for our clients; work collaboratively with internal teams to define and execute on newly identified opportunities
  • Support new business efforts through development and presentation of client proposals
  • Effectively communicate client requests, concerns and feedback to internal teams
  • Lead status meetings and delivery of client reporting / presentations
  • Effectively manage project timelines and budgets; work with accounting to review monthly billings and regularly update client forecasts
  • Maintain understanding of True’s new business, client service and financial processes; contribute to discussions on process development and improvement
  • Assist, as needed, in development of monthly reporting
  • Additional responsibilities may be added based on experience and aptitude

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications (or a related field)
  • Qualified candidates will generally have 3+ years of hands-on account management experience in digital marketing communications
  • Understanding of digital marketing and communications strategy
  • Commitment to client service a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • B2B marketing experience highly valued
