Position Details
- 16 weeks (May –August), requiring 24-30 hours per week minimum
- True can be flexible based on individual’s schedule and availability
- Hybrid work structure, balancing days in office with remote work
• Monday & Wednesday – in office collaboration days
• Tuesday, Thursday & Friday – optional in office or WFH days - $15.00 / hour
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with creating social media posts for True Digital as well as assigned client accounts as needed
- Write short and long-form content (blog posts, emails, case studies, landing pages) for clients and internal marketing
- Utilize various software platforms in the implementation and posting of content
- Collaborate with Content, Digital and Account teams to brainstorm new content,ensure ideas align with client strategies and optimize based on reporting
- Participate in client meetings and True internal work sessions
- Additional responsibilities may be added based on the experience and skillset of the employee in this role

Qualifications
- Senior students or recent graduates with focus/major in marketing,communications,PR / media relations, or advertising
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising tools such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Planable, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Microsoft programs including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Ability to clearly and proactively communicate in person and while working remotely
- Detail-oriented person with a curiosity and passion for digital marketing
- Creative problem solver
