Digital Advertising Specialist

We’re hiring! True Digital Communications is looking for a full-time Digital Advertising Specialist who will be responsible for setting up, optimizing and regularly reporting on digital advertising campaigns for True’s clients. This position is primarily focused on paid search, display and social advertising programs. In our fast-paced, dynamic environment, Digital Advertising Specialists are key contributors in the development of client strategy, goals and objectives, and they know how to implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup, ongoing optimization and management of PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns for multiple clients
  • Audience and keyword research, landing page development, set up of digital campaign, audience targeting and goal tracking, A/B testing, management of ad budgets, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs
  • Research, analyzing data and trends
  • Dashboard creation, analysis of campaign data and monthly reporting on KPIs, recommendations and strategy on a monthly basis
  • Perform digital advertising audits
  • Participate in client meetings and strategy sessions, providing consultative feedback based on subject matter expertise
  • Actively collaborate with True’s Creative Content and Account Service teams to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives
  • Support True’s internal marketing initiatives through development of thought-leadership content, case studies and management of digital advertising programs
  • Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, staying on top of the latest trends in digital advertising and analytics
  • Acquire and maintain technical certifications related to area of expertise
  • Additional responsibilities may be added based on the experience and skillset of the employee in the role

Qualifications:

  • Experience with managing media budgets
  • Competitor and media / keyword research
  • Report development including analyzing and interpreting campaign and website conversion data
  • Demonstrated proficiency with digital marketing tools including:
  •   - Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager / Google Data Studio
      - Google Adwords including Search, Display, Audiences and Advanced targeting tactics
      - Display advertising platforms
      - Search engine marketing
      - DialogTech
      - Facebook / Instagram Advertising and Insights
      - Twitter Advertising and Analytics,
      - LinkedIn Advertising and Organic Analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications (or a related field)
  • Qualified candidates will generally have 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel or comparable data analysis tools
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is required
  • Experience with onsite, offsite and technical SEO preferred
  • Familiarity with marketing automation preferred
