True Digital Communications is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Associate to support our clients and Team in the setup, implementation, optimization and reporting of our clients’ digital advertising programs. This role works cross-functionally with ourAccount Service and Creative Content Teams to create integrated programs that deliver results for our clients based on their goals and objectives. This role focuses on ensuring that the key messages are amplified to the right audiences ,on the right platforms at the right time!
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and ongoing hands-on optimization, management and reporting of PPC, search, display and social advertising campaigns for multiple clients
- Audience and keyword research, landing page development, setup of digital campaigns, audience targeting and goal tracking, A/B testing, management of media spend budgets, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs
- Development of analytics dashboards and reports
- Regular and frequent campaign analysis and reporting on KPIs and recommendations
- Assisting with digital advertising audits and presentation development
- Cross-functionally collaborate with True’s Account Service and Creative Content teams to align digital advertising campaigns with other client programs
- Contribute research and insights in preparation for client status meetings and strategy sessions
- Support True’s agency marketing efforts through contributing content and managing advertising programs
- Additional responsibilities may be added based on the experience and skill-set of the employee in the role

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications (or a related field)
- Qualified candidates will generally have 1-2 years of hands-on advertising experience
- Familiarity and basic experience with search, display and social advertising platforms and tools such as Google Adwords and Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Bing, LinkedIn, etc.
- Experience with Google Data Studio or other comparable data analytics and visualization tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products, expressly Excel and Powerpoint
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is preferred
- Experience with marketing automation is preferred
