Envision Outdoor Living Products produces some of the industry’s most beautiful and durable composite decking materials; however, the industry is saturated with older, high-profile names.  Envision sought to increase brand recognition to keep the company’s products top-of-mind with dealers and pros as well as ensure that potential customers  distinguish the far-reaching benefits of Envision’s proprietary technology.

Opportunity

Early analysis found that Envision wasn’t appearing in trade publications as often as many of its competitors, making it harder for the company’s products and team members to gain much-deserved attention. True Digital Communications saw immediate opportunities to increase earned media coverage and make Envision a go-to resource for editors covering decking and outdoor living.

Approach

True zeroed-in on two PR goals: Keep the Envision name in front of target audiences and generate resource-focused contributions to elevate Envision’s status as an industry expert. We worked with Envision to identify relevant product and news opportunities to ensure a steady stream of placements, while crafting and executing a content plan centered on trending industry topics for contributed content opportunities and subject matter expert interviews.
